CutePDF Writer is intended to convert any type of printable document to PDF, which is probably the format most widely used for sharing a document. The application does not have a graphical user interface of its own because all it does is to install a virtual printer, which becomes accessible from the Print command of any other application that allows printing.
Although CutePDF Writer creates documents without noticeable distortions from the original file, it is quite a basic application and has very few features. You should also take into account that for CutePDF Writer to work properly, you also need to install a PS2PDF converter.
