As PDF has become one of the most used document format across the globe, it is sometimes necessary to convert your documents into PDF before sending them to other people. Cute PDF writer is an absolutely free tool to fulfill such needs. Using this tool is even a lot more simpler than printing any type of document on paper using your LAN printer. You just create your document using any application like MS office and execute the print command. During printer selection, you select Cute PDF writer, and your PDF document is ready. It practically means that any application capable of printing can be used to create PDF documents. This tool will only work if you have PS2PDF converter installed on your computer.
This program is compatible with most of the Windows operating systems including Vista and 7. It is also well tested with Terminal Server environment including Citrix Servers. While it is a very good for a free application, it should be noted that there are a few bugs related to printer settings from certain custom applications. |
